Upon the re-conveyance, fl~e City will deliver <br />to the RTC a seller's affidavit, and such other and further closing documents that <br />may be reasonably required by RTC. <br /> <br />Upon the recording of the plat and the re-conveyance, the RTC mad City will <br />prorate real estate taxes due and. payable in 2005 on a calendar year basis, as of <br />the date hereof on the property to be retained by the City. RTC will be responsible <br />for all of the real estate taxes due and payable in 2005 as to the property to be re- <br />conveyed to it.
