ORDINANCE NO. 05- <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED PROPERTY <br />I.()(TA'I'[';D IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br /> <br />'1 lac Ciiy of Ramscy Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br /> <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City to sell certain real property which <br />property thc City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This <br />chapter is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. <br /> <br />SECTI()N 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> <br />'l'hc City Council hereby declares the following legally described real property owned by the <br />tag surplus property and hereby authorizes its sale. Said property is legally described as <br /> <br /> See attached Exhibit A <br /> <br />SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE <br /> <br /> Thc City Council has by a properly enacted resolution determined the consideration and <br />tt'mas upon which the above described property may be sold. <br /> <br />SECTI()N 4.
