Power at Pump House #3 <br /> <br />A.~.~;istant Public Works Director Olson reviewed that Pump House #3 was constructed with a <br />propane powered Auxiliary generator to provide power if regular electric service is interrupted. <br />[3ropane was chosen as the fuel source because natural gas service was not available to the site. <br />['he Ramsey Town Center development has made natural gas service available to the site. 'He <br />~tared the City has applied to Center Point Energy for gas service. Staff has contacted the <br />.~up?lier of the generator and requested pricing for converting the generator from propane to <br />na,,ural ~as. The estimated fee is $3,000.
