He <br />prcscnlcd l tappy Days Committee Members Keith Kiefer and Cindy McKay with certificates of <br />appreciation lbr their work on the Happy Days Festival and thanked the other members of the <br />corn m ittcc that were not present. <br /> <br />CITIZI';N INPIJT <br /> <br />Councilmcmber Elvig congratulated the Ramsey Youth Athletic Association soccer teams <br />i~;volvcd in the Fall Soccer Harvest Festival Tournament.
