The main point is that the City will be required by MnDOT to <br />,,CCltlirc the access to Ramsey Boulevard in the future for the grade separated interchange. <br /> <br />('ouncil~nember Elvig inquired about the value of the access. <br /> <br />(:ity/Xttorncy Goodrich replied the access on the Amoco site was purchased about six years ago <br />at a cost of approximately $40,000. <br /> <br />Molion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to approve the purchase <br />agreement and acquire 14165 Ramsey Boulevard NW. <br /> <br />Mo6on carried. The property acquired would be used for the <br />extension of County Road 116. The acquisition would be funded from TIF District No. 1. <br /> <br />C ouncilmcmber Pearson inquired about the size of the parcel. <br /> <br />fy'Ir.
