Ms. O'Com~ell indicated she is okay with a house. She stated she would love a park, since them are no parks within walking distan6e, and' she'hows they are proposing a playground. Dorma.MeLain, 15133 Nowth.e.n Bmilevard, stated she has seen ~ plh~ that connects the road across from her, and she knows the County prefers streets that cormedt with each otlier. She stated the City Council has expressed an interest in preserving space .for a school. Shelly Dvorak, 5715 I52~ Lane, stated she knows someone laid they Would prefer access through Helium Street, bUt that area is pretty hectic on school days.
