Record ID 1599617 <br /> <br />1978049.001 <br /> <br />Ik)ard Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-08-247 <br /> <br />A I~,ESOI,UTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO THE <br />IMPERVIOUS SURFACE RESTRICTIONS IN THE WILD AND SCENIC RIVER <br />OVERI,AY DISTRICT TO FACILITATE AN OUTDOOR DINING PATIO AND <br />AI)I)ITI()NAL CUSTOMER PARKING AREAS FOR SUNTIDE COMMERCIAL <br />1,tF, AI,TY INC AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> W H ER EAS, S untide Commercial Realty Inc (the "Permit-tee") has properly applied for a <br />yin'lance I'rom the maximum impervious surface restrictions in the Wild and Scenic River <br />()vcrlay l)istrict on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />I,ot 2, 13lock 1, River's Bend Plaza, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(thc "Sut)jcct Property"); and <br /> <br /> WlIEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on August 8, 2005, conducted the public <br />hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from impervious lot <br />~:ovcragc restrictions. <br /> <br />NOW TllEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />(;ITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />Bascd on Findings of Fact #0733, a variance to the maximum impervious surface <br />restrictions in the Wild and Scenic River Overlay District is hereby granted. <br /> <br />'l'hc Pcrmittce shall not exceed impervious lot coverage of more than 75% (seventy-five <br />percent) for the Subject Property. <br /> <br />'l'hc Pcrtnittce shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction. <br /> <br />'l'hc Pcrmittec shall submit a grading and paving plan that is subject to approval by the <br />(:ity l';ngineer prior to commencement of any work. <br /> <br />'l'hc l'crmittce shall install native trees and shrubs as approved by Staff on site to <br />counteract the impact of stormwater runoff due to the additional impervious surface. Said <br />landscaping shall be shown on the paving and grading plan. <br /> <br /> <br />
