Record ID 1599623 <br /> <br />1978O49.OO2 <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-08-249 <br /> <br />A RESOIJUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />TFJRMS OF SAME. <br /> <br /> 'WltEREAS Sharp & Associates, LLC (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance <br />Ii'om thc side yard setback requirements in the E-1 Employment District on the property <br />¢cncral ly known as 6431 140~h Court and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />l~ot 4, Block l, Sunfish Gateway Business Park, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(tine "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on August 8, 2005, conducted the public <br />hcm'ing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from the side lot line <br />y;etback on the north side. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF Tl l E CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact #0734, a variance to side yard setback requirements is hereby <br />granted for the proposed building. <br /> <br />'Ibc proposed building on the Subject Property shall maintain a minimum setback of 9 <br />Ikct fi'om tiao side property line (north). <br /> <br />'l'hc I'crmittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction. <br />N¢~ building permit shall be issued until the Permittee has signed the variance and <br />reimbursed the City for all costs incurred in processing the application. <br /> <br />'l'hc l'crmittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this variance. <br /> <br /> <br />
