WItEREAS, on August 8, 2005, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing ~'egarding the proposed revisions to the preliminary plat and site plan and recommended City (~o u nc il approval of same with minor modifications; and WHEREAS, on August 11, 2005, the Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the ~;ubj cot l'roperty and reconfirmed the 2002 recommendation that park dedication be satisfied wilh a cash payment; and WHEREAS, on August 23, 2005, the City Council reviewed the revised preliminary plat mad si to plan and granted approval of same; and WHEREAS, on August 15, 2005, the Developer applied for final plat approval of the l,~ubj eot Property. NOW T llEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSI,;Y, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I) That thc Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Sunflower Ridge Second Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon compliance with the City Staft Review Letter dated September 6, 2005. That thc Developer shall enter into a development agreement with the City for the development of the Subject Property.
