WItEREAS, on August 8, 2005, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />~'egarding the proposed revisions to the preliminary plat and site plan and recommended City <br />(~o u nc il approval of same with minor modifications; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 11, 2005, the Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the <br />~;ubj cot l'roperty and reconfirmed the 2002 recommendation that park dedication be satisfied <br />wilh a cash payment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 23, 2005, the City Council reviewed the revised preliminary plat <br />mad si to plan and granted approval of same; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 15, 2005, the Developer applied for final plat approval of the <br />l,~ubj eot Property. <br /> <br />NOW T llEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSI,;Y, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />I) <br /> <br />That thc Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Sunflower Ridge Second <br />Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon compliance with the <br />City Staft Review Letter dated September 6, 2005. <br /> <br />That thc Developer shall enter into a development agreement with the City for the <br />development of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />'t'tac motion l'or the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Pearson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councihncmber Cook <br />Councihncmber Pearson <br />Councihnember Elvig <br />Councihncmber Jeffrey <br />Cotmcihnember Olson <br />('xmncilmember Strommen <br /> <br />thc ]bllowing voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />~n~l lhc lbllowing abstained: <br /> <br />the Ibllowing were absent: <br /> <br />Nolle <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-09-307 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
