(;o,_mci hnmnbcr Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-09-335 <br /> <br />A RI,;SOI, UTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #0741 RELATING TO A <br />REQIJEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FROM GEORGE AND FRANCES <br />COWIJES TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR A LEGAL, NON- <br />¢;ONI;ORMING RESIDENCE AT 9537 HIGHWAY 10 NW. <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, George and Frances Cowles, hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant," <br />have properly applied for a Conditional Use Permit to construct an accessory structure to a legal, <br />no~tcont'orlning residence, on the property generally known as 9537 Highway 10 and legally <br />described as fbllows: <br /> <br />I,ot 2, Block 1, COWLES ADDITION <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAM SEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA that the findings of fact relating <br />to lhc request are determined to be as follows: <br /> <br />Thal tiao Applicants appeared before the Planning Commission for a public hearing pursuant <br />to Section 9.03.14 of the Ramsey City Code on September 1, 2005, and that said public <br />hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby <br />incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />2. That thc Applicant would like to construct a garage as an accessory use to the residence on <br /> tiao Sub, jcct Property. <br /> <br />6.
