Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #22-210 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DRAINAGE AND UTILTY EASEMENT OVER A <br /> PORTION OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15153 VICUNA STREET NW <br /> WHEREAS, there is a watermain line about four(4) feet north of the southern lot line of <br /> the property generally known as 15153 Vicuna Street NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, and legally <br /> described as: <br /> Lot 1, Block 3, Preserve at Northfork Second Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> (the `Subject Property'); and <br /> WHEREAS, the prior owner of the Subject Property, Preserve at Northfork, LLC, had <br /> prepared an exhibit of the easement and did grant to the City a certain unrecorded easement to the <br /> Subject Property. The purpose of this document is to provide a recorded easement from the current <br /> owner as evidence to the conveyance. <br /> WHEREAS,the current owners, Gregory G. Watke and Judy M. Watke, spouses married <br /> to each other (the "Owners"), have agreed to grant the City a drainage and utility easement (the <br /> "Easement")that is fifteen (15) feet wide along the southern lot line of the Subject Property. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby accepts the Easement from the Owners as shown in <br /> the attached Exhibit. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Woestehoff, and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Acting Mayor Riley <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Heineman h, <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> and the following voted against the same: < <br /> None <br /> c <br /> c <br /> r <br />
