CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 10/25/2022 <br />By: Brian Hagen, Administrative Services <br />Information <br />7.4. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Ordinance #22-26 Amending the City Charter Prohibiting Membership on City Boards and Commissions <br />of Non -City of Ramsey Residents <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The City Council introduced this ordinance at the October 11, 2022 regularly scheduled meeting. The Charter <br />Commission is set to meet on October 26, 2022. Due to timing of meeting, this ordinance has been placed on <br />their agenda for review. The case does note a verbal update will be provided by staff on the outcome of City <br />Council's final consideration of the ordinance. <br />Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives: <br />Alternative 1: Adopt Ordinance #22-16 <br />Alternative 2: Deny Ordinance #22-16.
