On private property without the prior express <br />permission of the owner of the property. · <br /> <br /> (E) Designated public areas. In public parks or areas therein wttich are <br />signed "No Skateboards." <br /> <br /> (F) l;?hile being pushed, pulled or propelled. In any area of the city <br />while being pushed, pulled or in anyway propelled by any motorized vehicle <br />or by a person on a bicycle. <br /> <br />(G) Tennis court.
