ALP Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br />§ 132.03 PROHIBITED ACTS, <br /> <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person to ride or propel oneself upon a <br />~:.~ .,::.':~.:-~."! in any of the following circumstances. <br /> <br /> (A) General rule. On a street, alley, sidewalk or parking area within the <br />Downtown Business District defined as follows: Highway 36 on the north, <br />McKnight Road on the west, Seventh Street from McKnight to First Street <br />and the aIley south of Seventh Avenue from First Street to Highway 120 on <br />the south and Highway #120 on the east.' <br /> <br /> (B) Streets. Upon the shoulder or main-traveled portion of a state or <br />county road within the city. <br /> <br /> (C) Traffic. In a place where the surface or traffic conditions render the <br />place unsafe for skateboarding. <br /> <br /> (D) Private property. On private property without the prior express <br />permission of the owner of the property. · <br /> <br /> (E) Designated public areas. In public parks or areas therein wttich are <br />signed "No Skateboards." <br /> <br /> (F) l;?hile being pushed, pulled or propelled. In any area of the city <br />while being pushed, pulled or in anyway propelled by any motorized vehicle <br />or by a person on a bicycle. <br /> <br />(G) Tennis court.
