Tho project xvas introduced as a sketch plan last spring. Park and trail dedication was <br />disct~sscd at thc August 2005 meeting. The motion for trail dedication was approved at that <br />m cct ing. They are proposing <br /> single t'amily, urban service lots. This development is in the Prairie Recreation District. <br /> <br />vii [!ngi ncer II Linton reviewed the information with the Commission. <br /> <br />('ommissioncr Olds wondered with the proposed development what happens to the Fire and <br />Police Stations. <br /> <br />('JviJ 15~gJneer Linton stated they are looking at moving the Fire Station to the north east coruer <br />c; f'A lpinc. The Police Station would go to the new City Hall area. <br /> <br />( ~()mmissioncr Olds wondered if what is left of the property is enough for the school district. <br /> <br />l~ginccr Ii Linton stated there is enough land for the lots to remain legal lots and they are <br />off the back area of the lots.
