<br /> <br /> <br />October 27, 2022 <br /> <br /> <br />Contact: Erik Thorson, Communications Director, 763-324-4612, or e-mail: <br />Erik.Thorson@co.anoka.mn.us <br />FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE <br />Fix-It Clinics Scheduled Nov. 5, Dec. 3 <br /> There are upcoming opportunities in Anoka County to meet with experts who can possibly <br />repair your favorite broken items, such as lamps, coffee makers, clothing, vacuums and more. <br /> Fix-It Clinics are scheduled 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 5 at Coon Rapids Public Works, <br />th <br />1831 111 Ave. NW, and the same hours Dec. 3 at Ramsey Public Works, 14199 Jaspar St. NW. <br /> The Fix-It Clinics are free of charge, operated on a first-come, first-served basis, and are <br />intended for Anoka County residents, not businesses. Attendees are asked to bring any replacement <br />parts they may have for their broken item(s) with them. <br /> -It Clinics are always needed. Residents who can <br />troubleshoot, have soldering abilities, are knowledgeable in electronic repair and those who know <br />how to sew can use their skills at these events.
