<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #22-223 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR LIL <br />EXPLORERS <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />1. Lil Explorers Properties Ramsey, LLC, hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant” has had <br />their Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit approved for a daycare center on the property <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2 Block 1 Ramsey Storage Center, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the “Subject Property”) <br /> <br />2. That the Applicant is purchasing the Subject Property from Ramsey Storage Center, <br />LLC. <br /> <br />3. That the Subject Property is zoned B-1 Business District, which is a commercial zoning <br />designation and guided as such in the 2040 Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />4. That the City Council reviewed and approved the Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit on <br />September 13, 2022. <br /> <br />5. That a contingency of approval for the Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit included the <br />Applicant entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br /> <br />6. That the City Council reviewed and approved the Development Agreement on September <br />27, 2022. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Development Agreement <br />(the “Agreement”) for Lil Explorers (the “Applicant”) at 14725 Ramsey Blvd NW (the <br />“Subject Property”) contingent upon the following conditions: <br /> <br />CONDITIONS <br /> <br />1. Final legal form approved by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />2. That the Applicant shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
