Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #22-250 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SURVEY PROPOSALS FOR 2023 OVERLAY IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECTS <br />WHEREAS, topographic surveys are required to accurately evaluate and design proposed 2023 <br />overlay improvement projects; and <br />WHEREAS, requests for proposals were submitted to two firms for the purpose of obtaining <br />quotes for completing the proposed survey services; and <br />WHEREAS, the two survey quotes received are tabulated below; and <br />Contractor <br />IP 23-06 <br />2023 MSA Overlays <br />IP 23-07 <br />2023 Neighborhood Overlays <br />Bolton & Menk, Inc. <br />$500.00 <br />$1,150.00 <br />Hakanson Anderson <br />$1,640.00 <br />$1,640.00 <br />WHEREAS, the quote of Bolton & Menk, Inc. in the amount of $500.00 for the survey of 2023 <br />MSA Overlays, and $1,150.00 for 2023 Neighborhood Overlays for said services in accordance with the <br />prepared proposals are the lowest responsible quotes and their quotes shall be and hereby are accepted; <br />and <br />
