Please provide your address so that your
comments can be entered into the public record.
I'll attempt to answer your questions:
1. The current proposal (see attached document) will not connect to
Armstrong Blvd.
2. The City is processing an application for a subdivision from a private
developer; this is not a City -owned or City -initiated project.
You may have received a public hearing notice that the Planning
Commission would be hearing this proposal tonight (9/29). The applicant
does not have all his plans together for this meeting, so it will be
continued to next month's Planning Commission meeting (10/27). You do
not have to attend the meeting tonight, but keep in mind the time and
place of the meeting for the October 27th regular Planning Commission
meeting.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions or comments.
Sincerely,
<image001.png>
From: April Wallace<therainbowhairedgirl@gmail.com>
Sent: Thursday, September 29, 2022 9:23 AM
To: Ramsey Planning <planning@cityoframsey.com>
Cc: Brian McCann <BMcCann@ci.ramsey.mn.us>
Subject: Project 22-136: Tom Dehn Plat COMMENTS
Hello,
My name is April Wallace and I live on the cul-de-sac that is in discussion
for extension.
First things first, I can assure you that no one on this cul-de-sac wants this
opened up and MORE houses being built out here.
