ORDINANCE #05-28 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF 154TH LANE NW TO 154TH AVENUE NW, LYING WITHIN THE pLATs OF WILDLIFE SANCTUARY 3RD ADDITION AND SUNFLOWER RIDGE, The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. NAME CHANGE The name of 154th Lane NW from Iodine Street NW to Krypton Street NW, lying within the plat boundaries of Wildlife Sanctuary 3rd Addition and Sunflower ridge, shall become 154th Avenue NW. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and (30) thirty days after its publication according to law, subject to City Charter Provision, Section 5.04, PASSED by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota the 25th day of October 2005.
