Economic <br />I)cvclopmcnt/TIF Specialist Sullivan replied the City owns the property and has the ability to <br />make requirements through the site planning process. Covenants could deter interest in the <br />property, rather than working with the developer at the staff level. <br /> <br />Mt:tuber lqicfer asked how much notice the EDA will be given regarding the event. Economic <br />l)cvclopmcnt/TIF Specialist Sullivan replied the MPCA permit is a ten-day process, so there will <br />be a ten-day notification after the asbestos abatement process is completed.
