(;ou~ci Imcmbcr Strommcn introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-10-349 RES()IJUTION APPROVING 2ND PARTIAL PAYMENT TO LANDWEHR C(}NSTRUCTION FOR I.P. #05-29 TH 47 UNDERPASS WIIEREAS, the Ramsey City Council authorized the preparation of plans and >;19ccilications for the above referenced xvork; and WllEREAS, the Ramsey City Council approved the plans and specifications and the :~dx'crti.,;cment fbr bids for the above referenced work; and WIIEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for T.H. #47 Pedestrian Underpass, l~i¢ls xvct'c rcccivccl, opened and tabulated according to law on July 26, 2005; and WIIEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and ~ cco~nmcnds partial payment to Landwehr Construction the amount of $166,546.40. NOW TIIEREIrOI~,E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF I~./\MSI,iY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) *l'hat thc City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Land,vehr for hnprovement P~'ojcct #05-29 in the amount of $154,883.25. 2) 'l'hat thc City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City /\dministrator to sign the release fon-n for this payment.
