0 CollnCllmember introduced the, following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 905-11-X1XX RESOLUTION APPROVING 3RD PARTIAL PAYMENT TO ADOLFSON & PETERSON FOR #02-34P RAMSEY MUNICIPAL PARKING FACILITY WHEREAS, the design of this project was authorized by the City Council at their July 27, 2004 regular City Council meeting; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held and the project was authorized by the City Council at their February 22, 2005 regular City Council meeting; and WHEREAS, the final site plan for improvement project #02-34 have been prepared by LSA Design and approved by the City Council at their May 10, 2005 regular City Council meeting; and WHEREAS, the authorization to advertisement for bids for this project was approved on May 24, 2005, and WHEREAS, on August 10, 2004, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #04-11- 335 authorizing plans and specifications for the above referenced work; and WHEREAS, on July 12, 2005, the Ramsey City Council awarded the contract for IP #02- 34 to Adolfson & Peterson; and - WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to Adolfson & Peterson in the amount of $515,616.09. WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to Adolfson & Peterson in the amount of $546,393.45. - WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and. recommends partial payment to Adolfson & Peterson in the amount of $423,203.90. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF R-ANISEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1 j That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Adolfson & Peterson for Improvement Project #02-34 in the amount of $423,203.90. 2j That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment.
