Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #05-11-XXX <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 2" FINAL PAYMENT TO BAUERLY BROS. INC FOR <br />2005 PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM — DIVISION B <br />WHEREAS, on May 10, 2005, the Ramsey City Council authorized plans and <br />specifications and advertisement for bids on 2005 Street Maintenance; Program — Division B, and <br />WHEREAS, on June 14, 2005, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #05-06-174 <br />awarding the bid for 2005 Pavement Maintenance Program— Division B to Bauerly Brothers in <br />the amount of $281,001.65, and <br />WHEREAS, City Engineer, Steve Jankowski has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends 2nd final payment to Bauerly Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $60,318.05. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOi{A COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Bauerly Brothers, Inc. for <br />Improvement Project 2005 Street Maintenance Program — Division B in the amount of <br />$60,318.05. <br />2.) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the date of November 22, 2005. <br />4 j That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />—, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />acid the following voted against the same: <br />and thu following abstained: <br />and Lhe following were absent: <br />RESOLUTION #05-11-XX1X <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />—125— <br />
