AUTHORITY <br />'this ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br />The dedicated drainage and utility easements are hereby vacated on Lot 3, Block 1, Ramsey 67 <br />industrial Park, I" Addition, Anoka County, NIN and Lot 4, Block I)Oakridge Industrial Park , <br />Anoka County, MN, to wit: <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication subject to the.
