ORDINANCE NO. 05- <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br />The dedicated drainage and utility easements are hereby vacated as legally described as "the <br />drain.aoe and utility easements along the common property line between Lot 1, Block 1, and <br />Outlot A, as dedicated on the recorded plat of Clemens Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, to <br />wit: <br />SECTION 3.
