0 <br />(--'ouncil.member XXXXXX introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #05-11-XX <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CLEMENS SECOND <br />4DDITION <br />WHEREAS, Vincent and Evelyn Clemens, hereafter referred to as "Developers", have <br />properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br />Lot 1, Block l; Clemens Second Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />AND WHEREAS, on October 5, 2005 the City received application and sketch plan <br />From Vincent Clemens for Clemens Second Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on November 3, 2005, and provided <br />comments on the sketch plan of Clemens Second Addition and directed the Developer to proceed <br />to the final plat stage; and <br />WHEREAS, the City received the proposed final plat for approval on October 5, 2005: <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Clemens Second Addition <br />in accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon developer entering into a <br />development agreement with the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />XXX-XXXX, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />E� <br />-167- <br />
