• <br />MINKS PROPERTIES, LLC <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota (the "CITY"), and MINKS <br />PROPERTIES, LLC, a Minnesota Corporation, whose address is 170 Barium Street, Andover, <br />MN 55-04 ("DEVELOPER"). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER is the fee owner of the following described property <br />situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described <br />10 Lis 1011ows: <br />Lot 4, Block I, Oakridge Industrial Park, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />-and- <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Ramsey 67 Industrial Park, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />or upon recording - <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Minks Business Park, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, on November 22, 2005, pursuant to Resolution No. 05-11-XXX, the CITY <br />approved the final plat of the Subject Property, which plat is known as Minks Business Park <br />( the "flat"), which approval is contingent on certain requirements, including the DEVELOPER <br />and the CITY entering into this Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for the Subject Property conforms to the sketch plan; and <br />Minks Business Park <br />Development Agreement <br />Page 1 of 7 <br />—189— <br />
