Said Line B being described as commencing at a point on the North line of the above described property a distance of 733.07 feet West of the Northeast corner thereof, as measured along said North line; thence South 13 degrees 40 minutes 54 seconds East 268.69 feet to a point on said Line A, a distance of 667.00 feet West of the Southeast corner thereof as measured along said Line A. EXCEPT the East 20 feet, as measured at right angles, thereof.
