Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 405-11-XXX RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #OXXX TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM B-1 BUSINESS AND PUBLIC/QUASI-PUBLIC TO PLANNED KNIT DEVELOPMENT, AND R-1 RESIDENTIAL TO PUBLIC/QUASI-PUBLIC WHEREAS, the City received an application from GM Land Development to rezone certain property in accordance with Section 9.03.03 (Zoning Amendments) and 9.20.31 (Planned T(Jnit Development) of the Ramsey City Code; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That GM Land Development, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," has properly applied to rezone certain property from B-1 Business and Public/Quasi-Public to Planned Unit Development (PUD), and R-1 Residential to Public/Quasi-Public. r.. That the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.03 of the City Code on November 3, 2005, and said public hearing was properly advertised, and the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. That the property proposed to be rezoned is legally described as follows. That part of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32; Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as Beginning at the Southeast corner of said North Half of the Southeast Quarter; thence North along the East. line of thereof for a distance of 174.80 feet; thence West parallel with the South line of said North Half of the Southeast Quarter for a distance of 1296.32 feet to intersect the centerline of County State Aid Highway No. 5; thence Southeasterly along said centerline to intersect the South line of said North Half of the Southeast Quarter; thence east along said south line for a distance of 1195.97 feet to the point of beginning. Together with: All that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as lying East of a line to be hereafter known as "Line B" for the purposes of this description, and lying North of a line to be hereafter known as "Line A" for the purposes of this description, said Line A being described as Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence North 89 degrees 52 minutes West, assumed basis of bearings, along the North line thereof for a distance of 1100.52 feet; thence South 29 degrees 14 minutes East for a distance of —281-
