<br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND
<br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY,
<br />MINNESOTA.
<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE
<br />CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA.
<br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT
<br />The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from Public/Quasi-Public and B-1
<br />B usiness to Planned Unit Development:
<br />Upon recording:

<br />This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to City
<br />Charter Section 5.04.
