For the purpose of defining a partial term, any individual appointed to
serve a period of time less than or equal to two years will be considered to have served a
partial term; however an individual appointed to serve a period of time greater than two
years will be considered to have served the equivalent of a full term. Individuals may .
apply to a different commission immediately upon reaching the term limit on one
commission. Individuals may reapply to the original commission, following the normal
application process, only after being off the commission for at least one four-year term,I
S.
