C C? <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #05-11-Y.XX <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 2ND PARTIAL PAYMENT TO GLENN REHBEIN <br />EXCAVATING FOR I.P. 904-27 MPCA STORM SEWER REROUTING <br />WHEREAS, on July 12, 2005, the Ramsey City Council authorized plans and <br />specifications for the above referenced work; and <br />WHEREAS, on July 22, 2005, the Ramsey City Council awarded the contract for IP 404- <br />17, to Glerin Rehbein Excavating in the amount of $44,214.00; and <br />WHEREAS, City Engineer, Steve Jankowski has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Excavating in the amount. of $35,661.10. <br />WHEREAS, City Engineer, Steve Jankowski has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Excavating in the -amount of $3;437.35. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Excavating for <br />hnprovement Project #04-27 in the amount of $3,437.35. <br />2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br />}� That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the date of November 22, 2005. <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br />Tiie motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />:and dic following were absent: <br />RESOLUTION #05-11-XXX <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />-85- <br />
