C-60 JO <br />COMICllmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #05-11-YXX <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 3RD PARTIAL PAYMENT TO LANDWEHR <br />CONSTRUCTION FOR I.P. #05-29 TH 47 UNDERPASS <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council authorized the preparation of plans and <br />specifications for the above referenced work; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council approved the plans and specifications and the <br />advertisement for bids for the above referenced work; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for T.H. #47 Pedestrian Underpass, <br />bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law on July 26, 2005; and <br />WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends partial payment to Landwehr Construction the amount of $166,546.40. <br />WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends 2"d partial payment to Landwehr Construction the amount of $154,883.25. <br />WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends 3`d partial payment to Landwehr Constniction the amount of$6,135.10. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />R_ MSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />l) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Landwehr for Improvement <br />Project #05-29 in the amount of $6,135.10. <br />2j That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br />�) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the date of November 22, 2005. <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br />The ia-jotion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />0 znd the following voted against the same: <br />RESOLUTION #05-11 IXXX <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />on <br />
