C-60 JO COMICllmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-11-YXX RESOLUTION APPROVING 3RD PARTIAL PAYMENT TO LANDWEHR CONSTRUCTION FOR I.P. #05-29 TH 47 UNDERPASS WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council authorized the preparation of plans and specifications for the above referenced work; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council approved the plans and specifications and the advertisement for bids for the above referenced work; and WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for T.H. #47 Pedestrian Underpass, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law on July 26, 2005; and WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to Landwehr Construction the amount of $166,546.40. WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and recommends 2"d partial payment to Landwehr Construction the amount of $154,883.25. WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and recommends 3`d partial payment to Landwehr Constniction the amount of$6,135.10. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF R_ MSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Landwehr for Improvement Project #05-29 in the amount of $6,135.10. 2j That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. �) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the date of November 22, 2005. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
