<br />Councilmember Woestehoff introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #22-265 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CLASSIFICATION AND SALE OF TAX FORFEIT <br />PARCEL (19-32-25-13-0024) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has received notification from the Anoka County Board <br />of Commissioners that Outlot B, Northfork Itasca Shores Addition, City of Ramsey, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, PIN #19-32-25-13-0024 has been classified as tax forfeited land; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, classification and sale of any tax forfeited land lying within the bounds of <br />any incorporated municipality must be approved by the governing body of such municipality; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has no need for the above-mentioned parcel. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESTOA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City of Ramsey has no need for a parcel known as Outlot B, Northfork Itasca <br />Shores Addition, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, PIN #19-32-25-13-0024. <br /> <br />2) That the City of Ramsey hereby approves the classification and sale of this tax forfeit parcel <br />and authorizes the Mayor, City Administrator and City Clerk to execute required <br />documents to confirm classification of the above described real estate. <br /> <br />3) That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to submit a copy of this resolution to Anoka <br />County for their records. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Musgrove, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
