The Sketch Plan is the first step in the subdivision process and affords the <br />developer the opportunity to obtain some initial feedback regarding the concept of the proposed <br />development. <br />ALTHOUGH THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC HEARING, ALL MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO <br />THE PUBLIC. A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE SCHEDULED AT THE PRELIMINARY <br />PLAT STAGE OF THE SUBDIVISION PROCESS. IF YOU RECEIVED THIS NOTICE, <br />YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE A PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE WHEN IT IS <br />SCHEDULED. <br />The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, <br />information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available.
