Sylvia Frolik <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Economic DevelopmenffTIF Specialist Sean Sullivan <br />Human Resources Manager Givonna Reed <br />Police Chief James Way <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the' City Council to order at 7:08 p.m., and called <br />upon Councilmember Cook to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec thanked the Happy Days sponsors for their Work on the Happy Days Festival. He <br />presented Happy Days Committee Members Keith Kiefer and Cindy McKay with certificates of <br />appreciation for their work on the Happy Days FestiVal and thanked the other members of the <br />committee that were not present. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig con~atulated the Ramsey Youth Athletic Association soccer teams <br />involved in the Fall Soccer Harvest Festival Tournament.
