This <br />ali. strict allows for a mix of residential uses at.a net density up to 10 units per acre. The total site' <br />development area for 8th, 9th, l0th, 12th Additions and Outlot F is 29.4 acres (including North <br />Park). This results in a net density of 7.8 units per acre. When Outlot F develops, complianCe <br />with the 10 units per acre density requirement will have to be demonstrated for the overall site. <br /> <br />~[he devetopment is proposing 12 6-unit town.home structures. The minimum/maximum building. <br />height in. this district is 2-4 stories. All of the dwelling units are 3 stories. Due to grades, the <br />buildi~gs were designed with the garage as the main level and the living quarters are on the <br />second and third stories. <br /> <br /> <br />
