Counc ilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-12- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO <br />OPERATE A SIGN BUSINESS IN AN ACCESSORY BUILDING IN A RESIDENTIAL <br />DISTRICT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Robert Guzzo, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied <br />to thc City of Ramsey (the "City") for an Interim Use Permit (Permit) to operate a sign business <br />in an accessory building on the property located at 6160 Green Valley Road and legally described <br />as Collows: <br /> <br />Lot l, 8lock 2, Fox Ridge Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on December 1, 2005, conducted a public <br />hearing and recommended that the City Council approve/deny the request to operate a sign <br />business in an accessory building on the Subject Property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council met on December.13, 2005 to review the request for an <br />interim use permit to operate a sign business in an accessory building on the Subject Property. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 05-12- adopting Findings of Fact <br /> relating to the Applicant's request for a Permit to operate a sign business in an accessory <br />bttilding in a residential district. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOIC~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />I) This permit is denied pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code, based on <br /> Findings of' Fact #__ <br /> <br />Tile motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> <br />and thc [bllow[ng voted against the same: <br /> <br />and ~he lbllowing abstained: <br /> <br />thc Ibllowing were absent: <br /> <br />41 <br /> <br /> <br />
