Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-12- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO <br />OPEIL~kTE A SIGN BUSINESS WITHIN A DETACHED ACCESSORY BUILDING ON <br />TIlE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6160 GREEN VALLEY ROAD NW BASED ON <br />FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #05-12- <br />Findings of Fact #~ for this use and herein approves the Interim Use Permit. <br /> <br />adopting <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On Dccetnber 13, 2005 an Interim Use Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Robert Guzzo ("Permit Holder") to operate a sign business in a detached accessory <br />structure located on the property generally known as 6160 Green Valley Road NW and legally <br />described as ~bllows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 2, Fox Ridge Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for a sign business to operate within a detached accessory <br />building that is located on the Subject Property for eighteen (18) months and shall <br />terminate on June 13, 2007. <br /> <br />2. That the established business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. <br /> <br />That the number of vehicular traffic trips per day cannot exceed two trips per hour pe? <br />standard eight hour business day or 20 trips within a 24-hour per/od, and vehicular traffic <br />trips include deliveries, and customer and employee trips. <br /> <br />That off-street loading and unloading areas shall be provided by the Permit Holder to <br />accommodate all deliveries to the Subject Property. <br /> <br />'Dmt the Permit Holder is responsible for ensuring that all deliveries can be <br />accommodated in a safe manner on the Subject Property and without interfering with <br />trai'fic along Green Valley Road. <br /> <br />43 <br /> <br /> <br />
