Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-12- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO OPEIL~kTE A SIGN BUSINESS WITHIN A DETACHED ACCESSORY BUILDING ON TIlE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6160 GREEN VALLEY ROAD NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #05-12- Findings of Fact #~ for this use and herein approves the Interim Use Permit. adopting NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On Dccetnber 13, 2005 an Interim Use Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Robert Guzzo ("Permit Holder") to operate a sign business in a detached accessory structure located on the property generally known as 6160 Green Valley Road NW and legally described as ~bllows: Lot 1, Block 2, Fox Ridge Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property") This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: That this resolution shall allow for a sign business to operate within a detached accessory building that is located on the Subject Property for eighteen (18) months and shall terminate on June 13, 2007. 2. That the established business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. That the number of vehicular traffic trips per day cannot exceed two trips per hour pe? standard eight hour business day or 20 trips within a 24-hour per/od, and vehicular traffic trips include deliveries, and customer and employee trips. That off-street loading and unloading areas shall be provided by the Permit Holder to accommodate all deliveries to the Subject Property. 'Dmt the Permit Holder is responsible for ensuring that all deliveries can be accommodated in a safe manner on the Subject Property and without interfering with trai'fic along Green Valley Road. 43
