Absent: Commissioner Shepherd: <br /> <br />Johnson, <br /> <br />NOTE CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />1) City Council regular meeting minutes dated August 23, 2005. <br />2) City Council regular meeting minutes dated September 13, 2005 <br /> <br />The City Council minutes were noted. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS/COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Request for Site Plan Review of Addition to Inteeh Corporation; Case of <br />Intech Corporation <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon stated that Sharp and Associates submitted a site <br />plan for the development of an addition to the office/warehousing facility located at 7180 <br />Sunwood Dr/ye. He indicated that this property is zoned E-2 Employment District, and <br />office/warehousing space is permitted in this district. He stated the proposed addition conforms <br />to all setbacks and lot coverage requirements. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon advised that the proposed addition conforms well <br />to the existing structure. He noted that the landscaping plan conforms to all landscaping <br />requirements.' He noted there are minor issues outlined in the Staff Review Letter. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon indicated Staff recommends site plan approval <br />contingent upon compliance wish City Staff Review Letter dated September 27, 2005. <br /> <br />Public Input <br /> <br />Denny Sharp, Sharp & Associates indicated the building would be pretty much identical to what <br />is there now in materials. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt asked if the applicant has reviewed the City Staff Review Letter. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharp indicated he has reviewed it and has no objections. <br /> <br />Commission Ingut <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner'Levine, to recommend that City <br />Council grant approval of the proposed site plan contingent upon compliance with City Staff <br />Review Letter dated September 27, 2005. <br /> <br />~2 <br /> <br />Planning Commission/October 6, 2005 <br /> Page 2 of 30 <br /> <br /> <br />
