Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-12- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," <br />ha,~; properly applied fbr a variance from Section 9.20.25(3)(b) regarding maximum front yard <br />setbacks and driveway lengths in the TC-4a Sub-District of the Town Center District, on the <br />property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Outlot A, Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />or upon recording: <br /> <br />Lots 1-12, Block 1, Ratnsey Town Center 12th Addition, according to the recorded <br />plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(th.e "Subject Property) <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on December 1, 2005, conducted the public <br />hcmS~g and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from the maximum <br /> yard setback and driveway length requirements as part of the development of the Subject <br />Property. <br /> <br /> NOW TttEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />TIlE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />Based on Resolution #05-12- adopting Findings of Fact #0 .... a variance to the <br />maximum front yard setback and driveway length, as established in Section 9.20.25(3)(b) <br /><~1' thc Ramsey City Code, is approved for the development oftownhomes on the Subject <br />Property. <br />That the development of the Subject Property is herein approved with a maximum front <br />yard setback of thirty-five (35) feet and a maximum driveway length of seventy (70) feet. <br />~l'hat the placement of the townhome structures shall generally be in accordance with the <br />Variance Exhibit dated November 22, 2005. <br />The Pcrmittee shall be responsible for all City costs inCurred in processing the variance <br />re q LLcst. <br /> <br />motion tbr the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />anal the [bllowing voted against the same: <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br /> <br />
