In particular, the Recipient agrees not to discriminate <br />against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, creed, religion, ,sex, sexual <br />orientation, national origin, marital status, disability, status with regard to public assistance, membership or <br />activity in a local civil rights commission, or age, and to take affirmative action that applicants and <br />employees are treated equally with respect to all areas of employment, rates of pay and other forms of <br />compensation, and selection for training, <br />5,08 insurance <br />.
