Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #22-130 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SURVEY PROPOSLS FOR 167th AVENUE <br />RECONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #23-04 <br />WHEREAS, topographic surveys are required to accurately evaluate and design the <br />proposed 167th Avenue Reconstruction project; and <br />WHEREAS, requests for proposals were submitted to two firms for the purpose of <br />obtaining quotes for completing the proposed survey services; and <br />WHEREAS, the two (2) survey quotes received are tabulated below; and <br />TOPOGRAPHICS SURVEYS <br />Project <br />Bolton & Menk, Inc. <br />Hakanson Anderson <br />167th Avenue (Nowthen Blvd to <br />Trunk Highway 47) <br />$5,800.00 <br />$6,300.00 <br />WHEREAS, the quote of Bolton & Menk, Inc. in the total amount of $5,800.00 for said <br />services in accordance with the prepared proposal is the lowest responsible quote and their quote <br />shall be and hereby is accepted. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with Bolton & Menk, Inc. for said survey services for and on behalf of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Heineman, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Kuzma <br />Councilmember Musgrove <br />Councilmember Heineman <br />Councilmember Howell <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Specht <br />Councilmember Woestehoff <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />
