Councilmember Heineman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #22-201 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR 167TH AVENUE <br />RECONSTRUCTION, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #23-04 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Proposes to reconstruct 167th Avenue between Nowthen <br />Boulevard and Trunk Highway 47 in 2023 as identified within the 2022-2031 10-Year Capital <br />Improvement Program: and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council resolution #22-130, adopted June 14th, <br />2022, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Bolten & Menk, Inc., for <br />Topographic Survey of the project area; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has received and reviewed the Topographic Survey and has the <br />capacity to prepare plans and specifications for improvement project #23-04, 167th Avenue <br />Reconstruction. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and <br />specifications for Improvement Project #23-04, 167th Avenue Reconstruction. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Specht, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Kuzma <br />Councilmember Heineman <br />Councilmember Specht <br />Councilmember Howell <br />Councilmember Musgrove <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Woestehoff <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />
