CC Regular Session 5. 13. <br />Meeting Date: 12/13/2022 <br />By: Craig Swalchick, Community Development <br />Information <br />Title <br />Approve Abatement Agreement for property located at 14501 Sunfish Lake Blvd NW (PID 26-32-25-23-0029) <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The property owner was notified of the extensive code violations on his property and does not have the <br />immediate financial ability to obtain dumpsters to aid in the removal of the existing code violations.
