Record ID 1617898 <br /> <br />484909.OO8 <br /> <br />Board Member Brauer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-07-198 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Panther Investment, a partnership under the laws of the State of Minnesota <br />(Permittee) has Properly applied for a variance ikom the rear yard setback requirements in the E,1 <br />Employment District on the property generally known as 6640 Sunwood Drive and legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on July 7, 2005, conducted the public hearing <br />and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from the rear lot line setback on <br />the South side. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact #0724, a variance to rear yard setback requirements is hereby <br />granted for the existing building and the proposed expansion. <br /> <br />The proposed addition on the Subject Property shall maintain a minimum setback of 27 <br />feet frown the rear property line (south). <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction. <br />No building permit shall be issued until the Permittee has signed the variance and <br />reimbursed the City for all costs incurred in processing the application. <br /> <br />The Pennittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this variance. <br /> <br /> <br />
