The redevelopment plan conforms to the general plan for development of the City as <br /> a whole. <br /> <br />On September 13, 2005, the lIKA adopted a Resolution initiating the process for establishment <br />of a redevelopment plan and at its regular meeting of September 13, 2005, City Council adopted <br />a resolution initiating process for approval of the redevelopment project area and called for a <br />public hearing on the redevelopment plan. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br /> <br />Map of Redevelopment Project Area <br />Redevelopment Plan dated October 25, 2005 <br />Proposed resolution <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />It is Staff' s recommendation that the HRA adopt a resolution approving the redevelopment <br />project area and plan. <br /> <br />HRA ACTION <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #HRA-05-12-XXX approving redevelopment project area and plan. <br /> <br />HRA: 12/13/05 <br /> <br /> <br />
