Pulte Homes EAW Evaluated Roadways and Intersections <br /> <br />The roadway and intersection improvements needed with the Pulte and Town Center 2 <br />traffic adds improvements beyond what was determined to be needed with just the <br />Ramsey Town Center. These improvements are shown in Table 5. <br /> <br />The Pulte Homes EAW outlines improvements on surrounding roadways, which includes <br />the following: <br /> <br />Roadways: <br /> <br />· Armstrong Boulevard <br /> o 4-Lane Divided Roadway (TH 10/169 to 2000' North of Bunker Lake <br /> Blvd.) <br /> o 2~Lane Undivided Urban Roadway (2000' North of Bunker Lake Blvd. to <br /> 500' North of Alpine Dr.) <br />· Bunker Lake Boulevard <br /> o 4~Lane Divided R.o. adway (to 1500' East of Old Armstrong Blvd) <br /> <br />Intersections: <br /> <br />· Alpine Drive & Nutria Street <br /> o Stop Sign Added, South leg of intersection added <br />· Armstrong Boulevard & Alpine Drive <br /> o Signal Added, turn Ianes added on all approaches except WB right <br />· A~strong Boulevard & Bunker Lake Boulevard <br /> o Signal Added, turn lanes added on all approaches <br />· Armstrong Boulevard & Sunwood Drive <br /> o Signal Added, turn lanes added on all approaches, Coordinate with RR <br /> Crossing <br />· Armstrong Boulevard & TH 10/169 <br /> c) Signal Improvements, turn lanes added or modified on ali approaches <br /> c) Dual left SB and EB <br /> <br />Page 9 of 14 <br /> <br /> <br />
