RAMSEY ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY BOARD <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On Monday, November 7, 2005, 6:38 p.m. the Environmental Policy Board (EPB) met in the <br />Conference Room at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota <br /> <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: <br /> <br />Chairperson Joe McDilda <br />Board Member Michael Max <br />Board Member Jori Olds <br /> <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: <br /> <br />Board Member BOb-Bentz <br />Board Member John Freeburg <br />Board Member Ron Hustvedt <br />Board Member Bob Sibilski <br /> <br />ALSo PRESENT: <br /> <br />Environmental Specialist Bruce Bacon <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda opened the meeting, noting that Zoning and Recycling Coordinator Chris <br />Anderson was not present due to personal reasons. Therefore, none of the Environmental Policy <br />Board Members received' an official package containing the :agenda, minutes for approval, or <br />case studies for the meeting from the meeting of October 3, 2005. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda asked Members of the EPB to create a new agenda for the meeting. <br />following items were submitted. <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />1. Update on the Wetland Buffer Ordinance <br /> <br />2. Disparate language in former tree disease and fireWood storage ordinance. <br /> <br />3. Agenda for the meeting in December and 2006 Work plan <br /> <br />4.
