Sylvia Frolik <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Police Chief James Way <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regul.ar meeting of the City Council to order at 7:04 p.m. and called <br />upon Boy Scout Anthony Luchita of Troop 2524 to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />Anthony Luchita stated he is present at the City Council meeting to summarize the views of the <br />Council for a scout merit badge. <br /> <br />Five students of Elk River High School introduced themselves and Stated they are present at 'the <br />Council meeting to_night to fulfill a government class requirement. <br /> <br />SWEARING IN OF FIRE FIGHTER CHAD MULHERON <br /> <br />Public Works Director Kapler conducted the swearing in of Chad Mulheron as a paid on-call fire <br />fighter. <br /> <br />-t18- <br /> <br />City Council / November 22, 2005 <br /> Page 2 of 23 <br /> <br /> <br />
